State Filtering

You can limit the results from the Search endpoint (See Search for details) to those within a set of one or more Australian states or territories using the state parameter.

The value should be one of the standard two or three letter abbreviations: ACT, NSW, NT, QLD, SA, TAS, VIC or WA.

Example

For example, to search for restaurants located within the state of Victoria:

http://api.sensis.com.au/v1/test/search?query=restaurants&state=VIC&key=...

This would exclude any results not in the specified state.

You can specify a set of states by repeating the parameter:

http://api.sensis.com.au/v1/test/search?query=restaurants&state=VIC&state=SA&key=...

Results will only include listings with an address located within one of the states specified.
